Because our products are digital goods delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final once the download has been accessed.

Exceptions — we will happily replace or refund your purchase if:

• The file is corrupted or fails to open
• You received the wrong set due to a checkout or system error
• A technical issue on our end prevented delivery

To request a resolution: Contact us at press1two@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase, including your order number and a description of the issue.

Not eligible for refund:

• Change of mind after download
• Buyer's remorse unrelated to a technical issue
• Requests made after the file has been successfully downloaded and used
