Shipping Policy (Digital Delivery)

Digital Delivery Policy

All Roots and Ties products — including our Continuum and Lineage postcard collections — are digital downloads only. No physical item will be shipped, mailed, or delivered to your address.

How delivery works:

• After checkout, your download link is available immediately.
• A copy of your download link is also sent to the email address used at checkout.
• Files remain accessible from your order history, subject to standard download-link expiration settings.

What you receive: High-resolution PDF and image files, delivered as a downloadable folder or zip file.

Printing: These files are designed for personal printing at home or through a print-on-demand service. Full instructions are included in the Read Me guide that comes with every set.

Physical editions: Physical printed editions of our collections may be offered as separate products in the future. Purchasing a digital set does not include or guarantee access to physical prints.
